I heart Carrie at inthehammock because she is awesome, generous, and has one of the best blogs around. And she totally 'gets' the Goddess Girls series! Her Medusa the Mean review.

Goddess Girls speak out

This is Idil the awesome and her friend Liya -- friends who performed scenes from Goddess Girls #6: Aphrodite the Diva onstage for an enthusiastic crowd of parents and students. Each student in their class chose a book, then told part of the story as one of the characters; and brought and shared food associated with the character at the class feast afterwards. Idil's mom made this beautiful purpley chiton. So cute! I wish I could've been there in person, Idil. I know you and Liya were amazing!
